Can I exchange my e-gift card for cash?
No, you can’t exchange e-gift cards for cash.

Can I get a refund for a e-gift card?
No, once the e-card is purchased we can not offer refunds on these unique codes.

Will my gift card expire?
E-gift cards expire after 12 months

What happens if I lose my e-gift card?
E-gift cards can't be replaced,Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost e-cards

What value can I add to a gift card?
E-gift cards can be purchased online with a minimum value of £10 online ,e-gift cards have a maximum value of £200.

Where can I use my e-gift card?
E-gift cards can only be used to pay for baby cleaning service found on www.pramfresh.co.uk. The e-gift cards can be used to pay for any service that Pram Fresh offers

Pram Fresh is based in Welwyn Garden City and offers a pick up and drop off service in the Hertfordshire area.
